Ant International Launches AI Travel Companion Alipay+ Voyager
Ant International has unveiled Alipay+ Voyager, a novel AI travel assistant designed to be integrated within digital wallets, aimed at enhancing travel experiences for consumers worldwide. This initiative has been launched in collaboration with notable partners such as Agoda, Fliggy, and Trip.com, marking a significant step forward in travel technology.
Features of Alipay+ Voyager
Alipay+ Voyager merges Ant International’s advanced AI capabilities with a vast array of cross-border travel services, which are provided by online travel agency partners and an extensive network of 100 million merchants within the Alipay+ ecosystem. The AI travel companion offers users assistance in their local language, facilitating itinerary planning, booking, and in-destination purchases through a single, streamlined interface found in popular e-wallets and super apps.
Initial Launch and Future Expansion
The service debuted on three major mobile wallets in Asia: Alipay in mainland China, AlipayHK in Hong Kong, and GCash in the Philippines, timed perfectly for the upcoming summer travel season. Plans are in place for a broader rollout across additional Alipay+ payment partners throughout 2025.

Initially conceived as a cross-border payment solution, Alipay+ now supports 36 leading e-wallets and payment applications, connecting 1.7 billion consumer accounts to a vast merchant network.
